Alana usually starts about a month early getting ready for Halloween. Much thought goes into the costume and details. Not so much this year. Wore a cape that she borrowed from a friend and some black clothes. Didn't do the teeth that Dad got for her. Didn't want the face make-up. Settled for the spider web tattoo on her face and some white streaks in her hair.
She had a great time at the party that the local Kiwanis club puts on every year. Ran around with her girl buddies and did the hayride. Yet, I can tell that the specialness of Halloween is getting ready to pass.

Ah, bummer! But her costume still looks nifty!
Maybe not...maybe it's just that sensitive pre-teen phase becuase Lindsay got that way for a few years but she's WAAAAY back in to it again. lol!! Don't give up hope!
